The Guardian Plan Terms & Conditions

  1. Guardian Plan, maintenance agreement customers receive an annual heating precision tune-up and an annual cooling precision tune-up.
  2. Minimum contract length for ‘First Tune-up Free’ promotion is 24 months.  At the end of the 24-month term this contract goes ‘evergreen’ or month-to-month.  This agreement remains in force until canceled by either party with 60 days’ notice.
  3. For customers who received the first tune-up free promotional pricing, the price will go to full rate after the promotional period of 24 months has expired.
  4. No repairs or improvements will be performed without customer approval.
  5. Filters, humidifiers, UV light bulbs, etc. are subject to additional charges.
  6.  We will not be responsible for any loss, damage, illness, or injury resulting from delay in rendering service under the agreement and in no event shall we be liable for either special or consequential damages.  We will also not be responsible for any loss, damage, illness, or injury resulting from condensate leads or frozen pipes or drains.
